Ofentse N. Mathiba

Managing Director

He oversees the smooth running of the company and performs management functions of planning, implementing, controlling and leading all division activities daily.

Admin Supervisor

Assists with effectively managing the financial operation of the company. She supervises the company’s expenditure, costs the budgets and ensures that the welfare of staff is well taken care of

Projects Manager

He perform essential project management tasks such as updating project submittals and assisting with the project procurement processes and project trades coordination, he also leads the project and resolve construction issues as the primary representative to the company

Operations Manager

He is responsible for estimating materials and does tender documenting. He does quantity take-offs, he develop trade scopes and assist with the solicitation of subcontractor bids.

SHE Manager

Her duties and responsibilities involve inspecting site places to ensure equipment, materials and production processes do not present a health and safety hazard, she investigates health and safety related complaints. She enforces health and safety laws and regulations, provide the advice regarding the development of safe and healthy practices and investigating site places fatalities, serious injuries and near misses.

Maintenance Manager

Responsible for all workshop operations which includes fabrication, re-engineering and maintenance.
